1. ADVERTISE aggressively - The only way
you will make money in your SFI business is if people are aware that it exists.
You have to spend a majority of your time and energy marketing and advertising
your business. Do your research and try out different ideas, then put more
effort towards the ideas that work. Your goal is to make sure as many people
know join SFI as Affiliates or customers as possible. Money comes from their
commission-able activities. Read SFI Basics.
2. BRAND yourself. Ensure you create an
online brand for yourself through innovation, uniqueness, availability and
communication. Any communication you receive from a potential
affiliate/customer should be answered promptly and courteously. That first
communication from an affiliate is almost like an audition. They may have a question,
but they are also testing you to see if they would like to do business with
you, not your company, but you. They want to know who is behind the web page.
3. CREATE a formidable business team.
The Success of your SFI business is dependent on the activity and size of your
team. Developing a size-able team of active Affiliates is a priority. The
benefits of derivable from them are awesome: Matching VersaPoints, Direct
Commissions, 10% of their Eager Zebra games wins etc. You need to lead by
example and motivate them with COOP, Gift Certificate and Recognition.
4. DEVELOP your team through training.
One of the ways to do this is by regular communications. You can set up an auto
responder. Talk to them about decisions and the directions of SFI. Also, talk
to them about any idea they may have and look objectively at their suggestions.
They may see something you have overlooked.
5. ENHANCE your business by creating a budget. It is very rare that you will
make your business a success without spending some money along the way. You
need a Standing Order of 1500 VP at least. You may need to spend on paid
advertisement also. Set up your plan for how much you will spend in any given
area, so you do not overspend without realizing it. Don't be afraid to rethink
your budget allocations if you see that they need to be changed.
6. FAMILIARISE
yourself with SFI business. You cannot remain ignorant for too long if you want
to take a commanding and successful role as a Sponsor. From START, SFI BASICS,
LAUNCHPAD, to TRAINING LESSONS; you need to painstakingly understand the
business. Participating in the FORUM, ASK SC as well clarifications of issues
from your Upline and Corporate Support would help you a lot.
Never stop learning - Every
day is a chance to learn how to do thing more efficiently. Keep your eyes open
for news ideas and strategies to implement. Look for tools and techniques that
will help you.
7. GO extra
miles for success. Ensure you use all available means of generating income in
SFI. As you sponsor PSAs, so should you refer PRMs; participate in Eager Zebra
games as well as PriceBenders auctions; and give ECA or member listing a trial
as soon as possible. I know you may not be master of all things, do what you do
well better, and try to do what you have not done.
8.
HABITUALLY work
on this business. Don’t be haphazard. You should visit SFI Affiliate Centre as
much as possible every day and perform your daily actions. Be persistent!
Determine to make your SFI business a success. You will likely encounter
set-backs, but keep working to overcome them. If you chip away at the walls
that appear in front of you, you will eventually tear them down. Be patient, it
takes a while to succeed in this business.
9. INVIGORATE
yourself from the inner mind with the strong believe you will succeed.
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Believe in your
success! If you believe that you can do this, you will inherently work harder.
You will set high goals and standards for yourself. You will not give up
easily.
